KOB Staff News* Our newest educational consultant/puppeteer, Michelle Dunn, joined our team in September 2001. Michelle is a 1995 graduate of Cedarville College (Ohio) with a BA in English and Education. She brings with her valuable classroom experience. Michelle’s experience as an educator includes teaching at the elementary, middle and high school grade levels. The subject matter ranges from teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), speech communications, Advanced Placement Language and Literature and specific grade level English courses. She has also coached and advised various school organizations. * New to our puppet design team is Jane Simonds, who originates from Silver Spring, MD and worked in property management for 20 years. According to Jane, she has been using a needle and thread since “the beginning of time,” and upon retirement, she decided to pursue what she loves most: sewing. Jane enjoys spending time with her three daughters and her grandson. * Congratulations go out to Diana Degnan-LaFon and her husband, Douglas on the arrival of their baby daughter, Genevieve Alexis LaFon, born on December 3, 2001. Genevieve joins big brother Douglas Michael. |
