Brenda is preparing to go to a baseball game with Nam. Before
they leave for the game, Brenda explains to Nam why it’s important to
be sun smart and how to stay safe in the sun. (Brenda, Nam)
Nam meets Brenda at her house after he hurts his ankle while chasing a friend’s dog. Concerned by Nam’s symptoms, Brenda assumes that Nam is experiencing heat cramps. After Brenda tries to help Nam, they discuss how to prevent a heat-related illness. (Brenda, Nam)
Nam and Brenda are meeting to plan her pool party at the community
pool. While Brenda checks her planning lists, they discuss some
important pool safety rules and, together with the audience, come up
with another very important list.

Brenda is packing for a trip to the lake. When Nam arrives to
lend her some last minute items, he takes the chance to talk to his
friend about water safety. They discuss how open water safety is
similar to pool safety and how it is different. (Brenda, Nam)
