“Can you send me a list of troupes in my state?” We are happy to provide you with contact information for some of the troupes nearest you. But at the request of many of our Associates, we do not send out the database in whole or in part. For troupe information call 1-800-368-KIDS or submit the request form found here. “My state doesn't have troupes listed on your web site. Is there a KOB Troupe in my area?” Not all of our troupes have websites. Request real world contact information from our office (see above). “We'd like to schedule a performance.” Depending on your location you will either be served by KOB National Headquarters or one of our many affiliate troupes around the globe. Please contact us for more information. “Do you perform/conduct workshops for conferences?” We love being part of national conferences and often having a Kids on the Block performance can be a great “kick-off” to a conference's general session. Contact us for more information. “How do I place an order?” We are not currently able to offer online shopping. Some order forms are available for download from our website. Orders may be placed via fax, phone, "snail mail" or e-mail. Please do not include credit card information when placing orders via e-mail. "In stock" items are shipped in 5 - 10 working days. Overnight and rush service may be available for an additional charge. “I ordered an item and have not received it.” Please call 1-800-368-KIDS(5437), Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time for assistance. “Can you send me more information about your puppets?” We'd be happy to help you learn more about bringing The Kids on the Block to your community. Simply e-mail or call 1-800-368-KIDS. “Do you have videos?” The majority of Kids on the Block curricula targets school aged children and is designed to be interactive during live presentations. We do offer The Kids on the Block Early Learning Series for younger audiences (ages 3 - 6). The 30 minute (VHS) video contains three stories and follow-up materials (available in NTSC format only). More info... “How much do your puppets cost?” The puppets and programs are comparable in price to many educational curriculums. The cost of starting your first program will vary depending on the topic and the puppet characters required. One of our educational consultants would be happy to provide you with a price quote for the topics which most interest you via phone (1-800-368-KIDS) or e-mail. “You don't have a program on the topic I'm looking for.” Much of our curricula has been developed at the request of a sponsor such as the National Mental Health Association, Muscular Dystrophy Association of Canada, or Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Organizations interested in sponsoring the development of a new curriculum topic are encouraged to contact us. But even if we aren't currently addressing your specific topic, being different is a universal conditon--and the theme of celebrating and appreciating the differences in each of us is present in all our programs. May I use Kids on the Block as part of a puppet ministry? That depends on how you intend to use our puppets and programs. We certainly do not discourage religious groups or organizations from using our curricula, but as with any organization using Kids on the Block puppets and programs, you must use the materials within the limitations of the copyright. Because our programs are designed for use in a wide range of schools, they are secular in nature. In order to maintain the consistency and integrity of the programs, our copyright prohibits the use of the puppets to endorse any faith or belief system. They may perform at a place of worship, or a troupe may be sponsored by a local congregation or religious organization, but the puppets themselves do not make any specific reference to religious beliefs. However, we believe that the Kids on the Block messages of acceptance, sensitivity, and positive decision making are compatible with the beliefs of all major religions. Therefore, you may decide that the "kids" do have a place in the puppet programs of your religious organization.
