Jamie, however loses interest when she overhears her grandmother and aunt talking a about Lauren, Jamie’s mother, who recently died. When Jamie informs Melody that she is not going to the game, Mel takes the opportunity to share the insight she gained when her brother died and talk to Jamie about her mom. (Jamie, Melody)
